The men are an active group, seeking to serve God in their hearts, in their church, in their community, and in the world. Several small groups meet weekly for Bible Study, prayer, and personal encouragement. Annual events include a spring skeet shoot and a fall retreat in GA.
In our community, the men serve in leadership roles, volunteer, and advance God's work through integrity. Mission groups have traveled throughout the world, furthering God's Kingdom by aiding in the construction of churches, assisting in recovery from natural disasters, and assembling with others in evangelism efforts.

Like the men, our women are an active group, seeking to serve God in their hearts, churches, communities, and the world. Several small groups and classes meet weekly for Bible Study, prayer, and personal encouragement, and we enjoy participating in fun activities throughout the year.
Within our community, women play a vital role in leadership, service, and ministry, helping to carry out God’s work. Their efforts can be seen throughout Lake Wales Charter Schools, One More Child, Guatemala outreach, and many of FBC’s ministries.

Our college ministry is a vibrant place for college students. We reach out to collegians at Warner, Webber, Southeastern, and Polk State College with the love of Jesus. A Young Adult life connection group meets on Sundays at 9:15 a.m. Also, InRoads (our college group) meets at a church member's home on Sunday evenings for Bible Study and fellowship.
Life Connection Groups are a meaningful part of church life here. No matter your stage—college, young professionals, women, young couples, or retired couples—there’s a place for you. Start your Sunday at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast and coffee at the Daybreak Café, then join your group at 9:15 a.m.
